A Penn Yan man has a date in Village Court following his arrest after a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Christopher Richter is accused of driving of an uninspected motor vehicle while allegedly having a revoked New York State driver’s license.
Richter was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
