Penn Yan Police arrested a Penn Yan man following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Alex Breeds was spotted by police driving on Main Street while allegedly having a suspended driver’s license. A traffic stop was initiated and the 39-year-old was cited for the offense.
Breeds will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
