A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old Penn Yan man.
According to Penn Yan Police, Alex Breeds was spotted driving a car on Liberty Street while having a headlight out. A traffic stop was initiated and a check of his license showed it to be suspended. Breeds was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for having inadequate headlights.
Breeds was released and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
