A Penn Yan man was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop in the village.
Gregory Neuberger was observed driving on East Elm Street in the village while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license. A traffic stop was initiated and he was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Neuberger was released on an appearance ticket and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
