Penn Yan Man Accused of Damaging Another Person’s Car

SHARE NOW

A Penn Yan man was arrested on charges of criminal mischief following a verbal argument.

It is alleged by Penn Yan Police that William Patridge intentionally damaged the other person’s car by breaking their rearview mirror and striking their windshield, causing it to crack.

The 43-year-old was taken into custody and held for CAP Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
