The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Penfield man following a Wayne County Family Court warrant investigation.
Deputies arrested Thomas H. Carmer, age 54, of Meadow View Drive, Town of Penfield, on an Arrest Warrant for Failure to Pay Support. It is alleged that Carmer failed to make scheduled court appearances and payments.
Carmer was arrested and transported to Booking, where he will be arraigned at the Wayne County CAP Court at a later date and time.
