Parking Lot Fight Leads to Arrest in Penn Yan

A 19-year-old was charged with criminal mischief following a fight in the parking lot of the Lake Street Plaza in the village of Penn Yan.

According to village police, the fight between two people resulted in two cars being damaged. The individual arrested is an eligible youthful offender and was not identified by police.

They will appear in village court at a later date.
