The investigation into a disabled vehicle in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of an Oswego County woman on drug charges.
Shian Herrington, of Parish, was an occupant in the disabled car and was allegedly found to have a quantity of suspected methamphetamine. Herrington also had an active warrant out of the New York State Police. Herrington was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was issued an appearance ticket for Junius Town Court.
Herrington was then turned over to New York State Police to answer the warrant.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department and State Police.
