A woman who was found unresponsive in her car was arrested following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
It was determined that Katherine Fagnor, of Palmyra, had been operating the car she was found unresponsive in while impaired. Fagnor submitted to a breath test that registered a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18 percent.
Fagnor was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. She was released on appearance tickets.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
