The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man at Clifton Springs Hospital.
49-year-old David Robinson was taken into custody without incident on a warrant that alleges he violated the court-ordered conditions of his release.
Following his arrest on Saturday, Robinson was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
