An arrest has been made following an investigation into a traffic stop that occurred on Schilling Road in the town of Palmyra last May 2nd.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, they arrested 37-year-old Joseph Lamb on Wednesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lamb, of Palmyra, was also issued tickets for operating a motor vehicle with no inspection, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps and operating with no license plates.
Lamb was released on an appearance ticket for Palmyra Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
