State Police have arrested a Palmyra man following a domestic dispute.
Troopers say 46-year-old Timothy Johnson is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief, and Harassment.
Police say Johnson assaulted the victim during an argument on Route 21 in Palmyra on Tuesday evening. A child was present but not hurt.
Johnson was processed at the Lyons barracks and taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
