A Palmyra man was arrested Tuesday on charges stemming from two different incidents that happened this week.
It is alleged that during a family trouble on Monday, Cassius Wright destroyed the victim’s Ring camera and therefore violated a refrain from Order of Protection set in place by Palmyra Town Court. Wright had fled the scene prior to the arrival of police. Deputies were called back to the same residence on Tuesday when Wright returned and allegedly damaged drywall inside of the victim’s home and again, violated the order of protection.
The 36-year-old Wright was charged with harassment along with two counts of criminal contempt and two counts of criminal mischief. Wright was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
