A Palmyra man was arrested on a larceny charge following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges against Mark Beluke stem from an investigation into a larceny where the 54-year-old allegedly stole property from his victim and pawned it.
Beluke was released on an appearance ticket for Palmyra Town Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
