A Painted Post man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday on a criminal mischief charge.
Eric Spangenberg’s arrest follows the investigation into a family trouble that occurred in the week. The 36-year-old was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
Spangenberg will return to Seneca Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
