An Ovid woman has been arrested on charges of welfare fraud, misuse of food stamps, and offering a false instrument for filing charges.
58-year-old Lisa Racano is accused of failing to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County.
Racano was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
