An Ovid woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly failing to disclose household income while receiving benefits from Seneca County.
29-year-old Megan Hackett was charged with welfare fraud, offering a false instrument for filing and misuse of food stamps.
Hackett was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Town Court next month.
