An Ovid woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic complaint in Ovid on Saturday.
Deputies were soon able to locate the vehicle and after an investigation, arrested Jamie Dimichele for DWI.
Dimichele was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated B.A.C. of .18% or higher. She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket.
Dimichele will appear in Ovid Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
