Ovid Woman Accused of Sending Out Intimate Videos of Another Person

Police say a Seneca County woman allegedly sent out intimate videos of another person without that person’s consent.

30-year-old Heather Bellavigna, of Ovid, was charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image following the investigation into a harassment complaint.

An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
