An Ovid resident was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a reckless endangerment charge.
The arrest of Ricky Griswold stems from an incident where it is alleged that on May 12th, he engaged in conduct that put another person at risk of serious physical injuries. No other details were provided.
Griswold was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
