An Ovid man is facing charges after deputies say he stole merchandise from a store in Victor and was also found with drugs.
Deputies say 36-year-old Brice Pullano was arrested Wednesday after a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur. He’s accused of passing all points of sale without paying for $200 worth of items.
Pullano was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment and is due back in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
