An Ovid man was arrested Thursday by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.
The warrant for the arrest of Robert Moses was issued when he allegedly failed to appear in court on July 1st after being sentenced on prior charges for filing a false instrument and false impersonation.
The 55-year-old Moses was held at the Seneca County Jail for CAP arraignment.
