The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of an Oswego woman on harassment and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
The arrest of Brandy Smith stems from a domestic disturbance incident that occurred at a home in the town of Seneca Falls. The 33-year-old was accused of attacking the victim, causing a minor injury with complaints of pain.
Smith was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was granted on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
