An accident involving a UTV in the village of Dundee Saturday night resulted in the arrest of a local man on five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, Jamie Richardson was driving the UTV with five children passengers in an unsafe manner. He’s accused of crashing into a golf cart after purposely swerving towards it.
EMTs checked over all five children and no injuries were reported.
The 35-year-old Richardson was released on appearance tickets.
