An Ontario man was arrested Thursday morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a disturbance.
20-year-old Mark Ploof was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of breathing, and harassment following a disturbance with his girlfriend.
Ploof was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
