The investigation into a domestic incident in Wayne County led to the arrest of a 34-year-old Ontario man.
It is alleged that during the investigation, Thomas Denehy was found to be violating a Stay Away Order of Protection issued out of the State of California.
Denehy was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
