A Wayne County man was arrested Saturday night following the investigation into a domestic incident that happened at his Town of Ontario home.
It is alleged that 55-year-old Wayne Rupp, the Third, got into an argument with a female family member when he grabbed her shirt as she attempted to leave the Cortland Drive home. Rupp ripped the shirt off the woman before she did leave the house and went to a neighbor’s home for help.
Rupp was charged with harassment, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal mischief. Following his CAP arraignment, he was released to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
