A Farmington woman was arrested over the weekend on charged of criminal mischief and petit larceny.
The arrest of Cerena O’Donnell was the result of the investigation into a shoplifting complaint at the Canandaigua Walmart. It was alleged that O’Donnell stole $190.42 worth of merchandise and damaged a security sensor.
The 24-year-old was released on appearance tickets for Hopewell Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
