Ontario County Woman Accused of Lying About Identity During Traffic Stop

SHARE NOW

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 39-year-old Megan Jensen of Clifton Springs during a routine traffic stop.

Deputies say Jensen allegedly provided another person’s identification during the stop. Further investigation revealed she was driving with a suspended license and was in possession of a controlled substance.

Jensen was issued citations for second-degree criminal impersonation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, and other traffic violations.

She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Farmington Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
