A Canandaigua woman is facing charges following a reported disturbance at a Phoenix Street residence.
Police say 44-year-old Jade Fustiano was arrested just after midnight on June 29 and charged with second-degree harassment. She is accused of punching another person in the face three times and then headbutting them during the incident.
Fustiano was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
