An investigation into a domestic incident in Ontario County early Thursday morning resulted in the arrest of a town of Richmond resident.
During the investigation, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies determined that 29-year-old Taylor Worner had intentionally taken the victim’s cell phone without consent and attempted to damage it.
Following her arrest on charges of criminal contempt and grand larceny, Worner was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
Worner will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
