A traffic stop on County Road 42 in Victor Friday night resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old Pittsford man.
Nicholas Ferraina was charged with aggravated DWI and was released to a sober third party after being issued tickets.
Ferraina will return to Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
