Canandaigua Police say they arrested a Canandaigua woman after she allegedly backed her car into another vehicle while driving in an intoxicated condition.
Judith Carson was charged with driving while intoxicated and released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
No injuries were reported as a result of the minor collision.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
