An Ontario County man is facing charges after being involved in a single-car rollover accident on East Lake Road in the town of Richmond.
When deputies arrived on scene shortly before five Thursday afternoon they found nobody with the vehicle. Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies were able to locate the driver, Jessie Hall, a short time later at his Weld Street home in Naples. It was determined that Hall was allegedly driving drunk at the time of the crash.
The 45-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusing to submit to a chemical analysis of his breath. Hall suffered minor injuries but declined medical evaluation.
Hall will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
