A motorcycle accident on County Road 33 in the town of East Richmond on Tuesday night resulted in the arrest of the motorcyclist.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Guffey was found to have operated his motorcycle in an intoxicated condition and while on a revoked license.
Guffey was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
