The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested a Victor man on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a probation violation.
41-year-old Robert Rouser was taken into custody on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Victor Town Court. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending his appearance in CAP Court.
Rouser is expected to return to the Victor Town Court at a later date to address the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
