A Clifton Springs man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a Family Trouble complaint.
Timothy Perkins, Junior, is accused of placing his hands around the neck of another person and applying pressure, causing the victim to become light-headed.
The 34-year-old was charged with strangulation and was placed at the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment. A Stay Away Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
