An Ontario County man was arrested Tuesday on petit larceny charges.
Joel Schenk’s arrest was a result of an alleged shoplifting incident that occurred at the Manchester Mart. The 38-year-old is accused of taken about $15.00 worth of items without paying for them.
Schenk was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
