Seneca Falls Police arrested a Farmington man on a Failure to Appear warrant.
The warrant for Pablo Soto-Burgos stemmed from an incident last November in which the 51-year-old was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Following the initial incident, Soto-Burgos was released with an appearance ticket. However, Soto-Burgos failed to appear in court as directed, leading to the issuance of the warrant for his arrest.
After his arrest, Soto-Burgos was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
