A Victor man was arrested Tuesday morning on a charge of criminal contempt.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Michael Tindal was in the presence of the victim who has a stay-away order of protection from him. Tindal was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he is currently being held pending arraignment.
Tindal will appear in Victor Town Court at a later time to answer the charge.
