An Ontario County man has been arrested on endangering the welfare of a child charges.
32-year-old Michael Miles was charged following a joint investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and Child Protective Services. The Manchester man is accused of leaving bruises on a child after striking them.
Miles was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
