A 33-year-old Manchester man faces a number of charges stemming from the investigation into a family trouble complaint that occurred on Saturday.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined that 33-year-old Dominic Delgatto allegedly repeatedly called the victim after being told to stop. He is then accused of attempting to strike the victim’s car head-on while a 14-year-old was in the backseat. Delgatto is then accused of following the victim home where he allegedly stole a purse and a pair of boots. The investigation also determined Delgatto was driving on a suspended license, had no insurance, and a suspended registration. He was charged with aggravated family offense after it was learned Delgatto was convicted of a qualifying offense within the past five years and committed another qualifying offense.
Delgatto was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
