An inmate at the Ontario County Jail has been arrested on a felony.
29-year-old Ian Woodhams, of Canandaigua, is accused of possessing contraband while confined in the jail. As a result, Woodhams was charged with felony promoting prison contraband.
Woodhams was held for CAP arraignment and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
