An inmate at the Ontario County Jail has been arrested on charges of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Jonathan Clark is accused of making a phone call to the protected party of an order of protection that prohibited phone contact. The aggravated family offense charge applies because the protected party of the order of protection in this incident was a family member of Clark. Clark has a prior conviction within the past five years of a specific offense wherein the victim of that offense was also a family member.
Clark was arraigned at CAP and held at the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
