A Clifton Springs woman was charged with DWI following a one-car accident on County Road 4 in the town of Seneca early Sunday morning.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found a 2006 Chevy Silverado off the northernmost side of the roadway in the grass against a broken utility pole. The driver, and lone occupant of the car, Jessica Falkowsky was placed through a series of Standardized Field Sobriety tests, during which deputies said she displayed “significant signs of intoxication.”
Falkowsky was charged with driving while intoxicated and brought to the Ontario County Jail where she persisted in her refusal to submit to a chemical breath test. In addition to DWI, Falkowsky was ticketed for failure to keep right and driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Falkowsky will appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date.
