A man from Canada faces charges in Seneca County following a traffic stop on River Road in Seneca Falls.
Seneca Falls Police say they pulled over Dylan Trepanier was pulled over for speeding. During the traffic stop, officers determined Trepanier was driving his car while intoxicated.
Trepanier was charged with DWI, driving with 0.18% or more BAC and speeding.
The Tecumseh, Ontario, resident was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
