One Hospitalized After Crash in Victor

SHARE NOW

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened at the intersection of State Route 96 and Turk Hill Road in Victor.

Deputies say 34-year-old Alicia Hough, of Victor, was driving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee southbound on Route 96 when she attempted to turn left onto Turk Hill Road. Investigators say Hough failed to yield to an oncoming 2025 Ram 1500 driven by 66-year-old Graeme Walker, of Canada, causing the vehicles to collide in the intersection.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. A passenger in one of the vehicles was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by Victor-Farmington Ambulance with chest pain.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Hough was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
