One person has been arrested for a robbery that occurred just before Christmas in Ithaca, police said.
The Ithaca Police Department reports responding to a business on the Ithaca Commons in the 100 Block of East State Street at around 1:40p on December 22 for the report of a theft. An investigation revealed the suspect to be 25-year-old Madison Hornbrook of Lansing.
One Tuesday, Hornbrook was arrested and charged with Robbery in the Third Degree.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
