An Odessa woman was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop on State Route 13 in the town of Cayuta.
Brianna West was allegedly driving on a suspended license.
West was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Cayuta Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
