A teenager from Odessa is facing charges in Chemung County after being arrested twice over a five-day period.
18-year-old Savanna Dorn is accused of stealing from Spencer’s Gifts at the Arnot Mall on August 26th and August 31st.
Dorn was issued appearance tickets to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
